Elderly Man Victim of Armed Home Invasion, Robbery

NEW YORK CITY, NY – On Monday, June 5, at around 1:00 pm, a 75-year old man was victim to a robbery at his residence, located in the vicinity of 135th Street and 5th Avenue. The New York City Police Department is seeking public help to identify the suspect.

The robber is said to have pushed his way into the residence, demanding money and removing a cellphone and wallet. He then reportedly struck the victim twice in the face before fleeing on foot. The victim did not require medical attention.

The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion, approximately 5’8” tall, around 30 years old, weighing approximately 165 pounds, and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, red footwear, glasses, and a cap.
