One injured in Greensboro shooting

GREENSBORO, N.C. – In the early hours of Friday morning, Greensboro Police Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Bywood Road and Phillips Avenue following a report of a shooting. Arriving at the scene shortly before 1 a.m., they discovered an individual suffering from gunshot wounds.

The unidentified victim was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. As of now, Greensboro Police Department has not released any information regarding potential suspects. The investigation into the incident is still in progress.
