D.C. Police Ask for Help Identifying Aggravated Assault Suspect

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Authorities from the Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department are reaching out to the community for assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an Aggravated Assault incident. The offense took place on June 17th in Northwest D.C.

Shortly before 10 pm, what began as a heated exchange of words between the victim and the suspect quickly spiraled out of control at the 900 Block of 7th Street. The suspect assaulted the victim. The suspect then left the scene.

The severity of the injuries sustained by the victim necessitated immediate medical attention, and he was rushed to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.
