Hamilton Police Investigate Early Morning Shooting on Dayton Street

HAMILTON, OH – The Hamilton Police Department is currently investigating a shooting incident that took place early last Sunday on Dayton Street. The event unfolded around 2:40 a.m. on the 1100 block, according to the police report.

A 34-year-old local man was found unconscious inside his vehicle with two gunshot wounds. He was promptly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, as reported by Lt. Shawn Fryman.

No arrests have been made in relation to the incident, and there have been no further updates on the victim’s condition as of Sunday afternoon.
