MILLERSVILLE, MD – A resident of Millersville in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, claimed a $30,000 top prize on a $3 Frogger scratch-off game. The 51-year-old man, who enjoys playing Lottery games on the go, purchased the ticket at Giant in Glen Burnie.

While originally intending to buy groceries, the man couldn’t resist trying his luck with the Frogger scratch-off. He bought five tickets and later discovered that one of them held the top prize. Excited by his win, he shared the news with a few close family members but otherwise prefers to keep his good fortune private.

The winner works as a mechanical engineer and has a passion for cars and travel. He intends to save and invest his prize money for the future. His name was not released by lottery officials.

Giant #141, the store where the winning ticket was sold, will receive a $300 bonus for their part in selling the top-prize scratch-off worth $30,000. The Frogger ticket, introduced in March, still has three $30,000 top prizes remaining.
