Teen choked and robbed by scooter bandit near Manhattan College campus

NYPD – A 14-year-old girl was choked and robbed by a scooter bandit at a building near Manhattan College’s Bronx campus.

The incident occurred on Sunday at approximately 15:40 hours in front of 3900 Waldo Avenue.

According to a police report, a 14-year-old female victim was approached from behind by an unknown individual. The suspect grabbed her neck and mouth and forcefully took a gold chain from her neck. Although the victim suffered minor injuries to her neck, she declined medical attention.
