PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating Tammeara L. Lowe, a missing endangered person. Tammeara was last seen on June 11, 2023, at approximately 4:31 PM in the vicinity of the 600 block of East Annsbury Street.
Tammeara Lowe is 33 years old, standing at 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighs around 150 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a gray T-shirt and black jeans.
