PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an 11-year-old missing endangered juvenile named Isaiah Amalbert. Isaiah was last seen on June 9, 2023, at midnight in the 1000 block of W Russell Street.
Isaiah was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, grey shorts with black specs, and black Croc shoes. He is known to enjoy riding the bus and frequently visits Penns Landing.
