HYATTSVILLE, MD – A hit-and-run collision earlier this month has resulted in the death of 30-year-old Michael Robinson Jr. of Hyattsville.

On June 13, at approximately 5:15 pm, officers were called to the scene of the collision on the 9000 block of Woodyard Road in Clinton.

Preliminary investigations showed that the driver of a Ford Crown Victoria crossed the double yellow line on Woodyard Road and struck Robinson, who was riding a motorcycle.

After striking another vehicle, the driver then fled the scene. Robinson was taken to the hospital with critical injuries and died this Tuesday.

Investigators have since released an image of the suspected driver and the involved car, which had “AIN’T SKEERED” in white lettering across the windshield. Anyone with information on this case should contact the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit at 301-731-4422.
