WASHINGTON, D.C. – Authorities from the Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department are actively seeking help in identifying a suspect involved in a shooting incident that took place on Tuesday evening in Northwest, D.C.

Just before 7 pm, the sound of gunshots prompted the immediate response from police to the 3100 block of 16th Street. Once they reached the scene, they found themselves faced with three victims of the shooting incident—two adult males and one adult female. The two male victims were taken to nearby hospitals to receive medical attention for injuries that were confirmed to be non-life-threatening. Although the adult female victim had suffered a graze wound, she refused medical treatment and opted to remain at the location.

Nearby surveillance cameras captured the suspect. If you have any information about this incident, please take no action but call the police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. This case remains under investigation.
