Williamsville Woman Pleads Guilty to Grand Larceny

ERIE COUNTY, NY – Sienna D. Foumakoye, a 35-year-old Williamsville resident, pled guilty to one count of Grand Larceny in the Second Degree (Class “C” felony) before Erie County Court Judge James Bargnesi on Wednesday. The Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced the admission.

Foumakoye, while employed at a fitness center in the Town of Clarence, fraudulently redirected credit card refunds amounting to $110,312.48 to her personal bank account between September 30, 2020, and October 7, 2022. As a component of her plea, Foumakoye agreed to repay the stolen funds in full to the victimized fitness center.

Set for sentencing on Wednesday, September 6, Foumakoye faces up to 15 years in prison. She was released on her own recognizance.
