Police investigating hit and run involving geese in Howell

HOWELL, NJ – Earlier on Thursday, at around 2:45 pm, an unknown vehicle struck five geese as they crossed Maxim Southard Rd near Echo Lake Park.

No witnesses of the actual incident have been identified thus far. However, nearby fishermen reported that a silver car may have been involved.
