Two charged for auto theft in Marlboro

MARLBORO TOWNSHIP, NJ – Two individuals have been charged with stealing a vehicle from the parking lot of Maple Tree Plaza on Monday, June 19.

The Marlboro Township Police Department, along with the New Jersey State Police Auto Task Force, were instrumental in identifying the suspects.

The suspects, whose names have not yet been released, face two counts of theft, one count of employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime, and two counts of town ordinance, trespassing with a purpose of committing auto theft.

The investigation is ongoing.
