17-year-old Charged with Attempted Murder Following Shooting

NEW YORK CITY, NY – A 17-year-old male was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder on Friday, at 6:30 am. The charges stem from an incident that occurred outside 1609 Saint Nicholas Avenue, on Thursday, June 22.

At approximately midnight, an unidentified male reportedly fired multiple rounds at two victims, a 24-year-old male and a 34-year-old male, following a physical dispute. The assailant then fled on foot. Both victims were hospitalized in stable condition.
