Attempted Armed Kidnappers in D.C. Caught On Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department are appealing to the public for assistance in locating a suspect linked to an Attempted Armed Kidnapping incident that transpired on June 14th in Southeast D.C.

Around 8:20 am, the perpetrators, traveling in a vehicle, approached the victims at the 3900 block of 8th Street. The culprits displayed weapons and ordered the victims to enter their vehicle. However, the victims managed to escape from the scene.
