PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Louis Rodriguez, a missing individual. Louis was last seen on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at 7:00 a.m. in the 3400 block of Hartville Street.
Louis Rodriguez is described as a 64-year-old man, standing at 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 158 pounds. He has a thin build and a mustache. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white shirt with the word “windows” written on the front, a black fedora hat, and light blue jeans. There is a possibility that Louis could be in the Temple area.
Authorities are urging anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Louis Rodriguez to contact the East Detectives at 215-686-3243 or dial 911.
