PITTSBURGH, PA – Derrick Hemby, 60, of Westmoreland County, was arrested on Saturday for violating a court order which closed Club Energy on Kelly Street.

Sheriff Kevin M. Kraus recently announced that Hemby was found attempting to change the locks on the club which had been padlocked the previous week for operating without a liquor license and being a public nuisance.

Hemby was charged with felony trespass and felony criminal solicitation. He was located at his home in Export on Saturday night and transported to Allegheny County Jail.

Hemby was arraigned on the charges and was later released on his own recognizance, pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 20.
