28-year-old Man Stabbed and Slashed Inside Union Square Subway Station

NEW YORK CITY, NY – An unidentified man is wanted in connection with an assault that occurred at the 14th Street-Union Square subway station. The incident took place on Sunday, at approximately 1:45 am.

The 28-year-old male victim was reportedly involved in a dispute with unknown individuals on the “L” train platform. The suspects proceeded to stab and slash the victim multiple times with a cutting instrument before fleeing on a Brooklyn bound “L” train. The victim was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/ Bellevue in stable condition. The NYPD is seeking public assistance in identifying the individuals involved.
