Juvenile reported missing found safely in Ocean City

Ocean City, MD, USA 04-18-2021: A Ford Explorer Police vehicle belonging to Ocean City Police department is idling near the board walk. This is a K-9 unit with the trained dog inside the car.

Ocean City, MD- Fearing the worst, the Ocean City Police Department issued a missing persons bulletin last night for a child reported missing near the surf in Ocean City.

Later, the department confirmed that the missing juvenile, who was reported earlier, has been found and is now safe.

OCPD expressed their gratitude to the public for their assistance in spreading the word and providing support during the search.

The young individual was reported missing after being last seen in the surf area of 4th Street at approximately 8 p.m. Described as 5’10” tall, weighing around 160 pounds, the juvenile was wearing blue and red swim trunks and was not wearing a shirt at the time of the disappearance.
