Man Arrested for Assault and Strangulation in Upper Chichester

UPPER CHICHESTER, PA – On Saturday, at about 8:55 PM, officers from the Upper Chichester Township Police Department were called to Tansey Drive due to a domestic dispute.

The investigation revealed that Craig Devakow of Upper Chichester had allegedly assaulted and strangled a victim. He was immediately arrested and charged with one count of Aggravated Assault, one count of Simple Assault, and one count of Strangulation.
