NYPD asking public to help identify July 2 shooter

NEW YORK, NY – The New York Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect linked to an assault incident that occurred early Tuesday, at 1605 Lincoln Place. The suspect, a male of dark complexion and medium build, discharged a firearm at approximately 1:10 a.m., striking a 36-year-old man in the left thigh. The victim was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County by EMS in a stable condition.

The suspect, approximately 6 feet tall, was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black and red shorts, and red sneakers, fleeing the location in an unknown direction.
