NYPD seeking fugitive wanted for double murder; Reward offered

NEW YORK, NY – On Wednesday, The New York City Police Department made an announcement about an ongoing investigation, seeking information on the whereabouts of Steven Santiago, a 34-year-old male, standing 6’1″ tall and weighing 220 pounds.

A combined reward of $10,000 has been offered, with up to $3,500 from CrimeStoppers upon arrest and indictment and $6,500 by NYPD upon arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the incident.

Previously, on Monday, May 16, 2022, Jahmel Sanders, a 31-year-old male, was identified and arrested in relation to the double homicide that took place at 870 Shore Road. Sanders now faces multiple charges including murder, manslaughter, robbery, grand larceny, kidnapping, arson, and weapons possession.
