$100K Powerball Winning Ticket Sold In Essex County

TRENTON, NJ- In Monday’s Powerball drawing, a ticket purchased in New Jersey matched four of the five white balls as well as the Power Ball, resulting in a win of the second-tier prize valued at $50,000. The ticket holder opted for the Power Play option, which doubled the prize to a total of $100,000.

The lucky ticket was sold at B2 Liquors on Summer Avenue in Newark.

The winning numbers for Monday’s drawing were: 02, 24, 34, 53, and 58. The Red Powerball
number was 13. The Power Play was 2X. The Powerball jackpot increases to $725 million for the next
drawing to be held Wednesday night.
