Angry, Armed Robbery Suspect Fired Shot and Fled Emptyhanded

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is investigating and armed robbery that left employees shaken.

On Wednesday, July 5, at approximately 1:50 pm, an unknown individual entered a commercial establishment at 3087 Fulton Street.

The suspect displayed an alleged firearm at a 34-year-old male employee, demanding money and threatening to shoot. The employee did not comply, and the suspect tried to kick open a door to the register but was unsuccessful. The individual then discharged a round from the alleged firearm and fled eastbound on Fulton Street.

The suspect is described as a male, medium complexion, slim build, approximately in his 30’s, last seen wearing a white shirt, multi-colored pants, sandals, and a blue cap.
