Suspect Wanted for Groping Woman Inside PATH Station

NEW YORK, NY – A woman was forcibly touched by an unknown male suspect on Saturday inside the 34th Street Subway Station, police reported today.

According to the police report, on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at approximately 12:14 PM, a 29-year-old female victim was entering the 34 Street- Herald Square subway station when an unidentified person forcibly grabbed her buttocks.

The suspect then fled in the direction of the 33 Street PATH station. Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any physical injuries.

The person of interest is described as a male with a dark complexion, aged approximately between 29 to 37 years. The individual is estimated to be around 5’6″ to 5’7″ in height and has an average build with facial hair.

At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, and white shoes. Additionally, he was carrying a dark blue book bag with a red and white front pocket.
