PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating 63-year-old Dovetta Tindal, a missing person. Dovetta was last seen on Thursday, July 6, 2023, in the area of the 7900 block of Forrest Ave.
Described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds, Dovetta Tindal has a medium brown complexion. At the time she disappeared, she was wearing all-white clothing.
