The assault was reported on Monday, around 3:10 pm, involving a 68-year-old female victim.

The victim, while talking to a group of females on the southbound platform of the #1 line at West 66 Street and Lincoln Center, was reportedly pepper-sprayed in the face by an uninvolved woman who had instructed the victim to “mind her business.” The attacker then fled on foot.
