Dayton Police Investigate Shooting on Boyer Street

DAYTON, OH – The Dayton Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 block of Boyer Street on Monday afternoon.

A man was found in serious but stable condition, and was transported to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment.

The area around Boyer Street, including South Euclid and Home Avenues, South Laurence Dunbar Street, and Leroy Streets, was cordoned off.

A K-9 unit was present at the scene. A grey SUV parked on Boyer Street has been seized and towed for further investigation, as it’s believed to be connected to the shooting.

The Dayton Police Department is currently seeking suspects involved in the shooting.
