The Criminal Investigation Division assumed the investigation due to the nature of the assault.

During an altercation with the second juvenile’s mother, Johnson struck a juvenile bystander with a bottle, causing a facial laceration.

Johnson was subsequently served with a criminal summons for two counts of second-degree assault. The investigation continues and the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation is asking anyone with additional information to contact them at 410-548-4898.
