Hit and Run Injures Pedestrian in Ocean Township

OCEAN TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Saturday, around 3:30 pm, officers were dispatched to West Park Avenue and Fanwood Street following a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian with non-life-threatening injuries.

The vehicle that struck the pedestrian fled the scene.

The suspect’s vehicle is described as a small black SUV with silver rims and a white license plate.

The driver is described as a white female.

Officer Ryan Krug of the Traffic Safety Bureau encourages anyone who was in the area at the time of the crash or has any relevant information to contact him at 732-531-1800.
