Man Charged for Threatening Juvenile With Gun

UPPER CHICHESTER, PA – The Upper Chichester Police Department issued an arrest warrant for Craig Devakow on Monday, following assault allegations made by a juvenile victim.

According to the victim, Devakow brandished what was described as a “shiny black” handgun, choked them, and threatened them in their kitchen.

The victim reported that they were in significant fear for their life during the assault and were able to escape only when an unidentified person interrupted Devakow.

The charges against Devakow include one count each of aggravated assault, strangulation, and possession of a prohibited firearm, along with several counts of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, and possessing instruments of crime.

The Upper Chichester Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding Devakow’s whereabouts to contact them directly or submit an anonymous tip through Crimewatch.
