Two Injured, One Dead in Williamsburg Slashing

NEW YORK, NY – Police in New York City are searching for a suspect who slashed three people in Williamsburg, killing one.

On Tuesday, at around 8:38 PM, police were dispatched in response to a 911 call reporting a stabbing incident at 340 Roebling Street in Brooklyn.

Upon reaching the scene, officers found three individuals injured. A 36-year-old male had suffered a stab wound to the neck, a 45-year-old male had slash wounds to the neck and back, and a 27-year-old female had a slash wound on her wrist. Emergency Medical Services arrived and provided medical assistance.

The 36-year-old male, identified as Severiano Reyes, was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue.

He was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

The 45-year-old male and 27-year-old female, who were taken to New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, are reported to be in stable condition.

As of now, the authorities have not made any arrests in connection with the incident.
