LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Charles William Neal Tice III, a 38-year-old resident of Windsor, faces charges of aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, indecent assault, and open lewdness.
These allegations followed an incident in the 300 block of Graham Lane.
On Sunday, an officer from the Lower Windsor Township Police Department arrested Tice and transported him to Central Booking for processing and arraignment.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.
According to the charges, Tice is suspected of committing various sexual offenses, including assault on a minor. He remains innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
