DWI 19-Year-Old Crashes Car

CAMBRIDGE, MD – A collision incident led to the arrest of 19-year-old Caroline Otoko of Denton, last Thursday.

According to Cambridge Police Department, Otoko was found intoxicated next to her car, which had crashed into a parked vehicle in the Long Boat Estates area around 2:30 am.

Upon failing a Standardized Field Sobriety Test, Otoko was taken into custody for further processing.

A Breath Test confirmed a blood alcohol concentration of .23, significantly over the legal limit.

Following the test, Otoko was released with multiple traffic citations, including driving under the influence of alcohol and violating license restrictions.
