Sunglasses Theft Leads to Criminal Citation in Cambridge

CAMBRIDGE, MD – An alleged shoplifting incident resulted in the citation of 23-year-old Destiny Brianna Alexander from Cambridge, last Thursday.

Cambridge Police Department officers were dispatched to Sailwinds Gas Station after employees reported a theft.

Upon arrival, the officers were shown a surveillance video of Alexander purportedly stealing a pair of sunglasses.

The police were also given an address believed to belong to Alexander, leading to her receiving a criminal citation.

The charge against Alexander is theft less than $100.
