Two Shot In Northeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Early this morning, a shooting in Northeast D.C. resulted in two men being shot. The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is currently conducting an investigation into the matter.

Shortly before 4:30 am, police officers responded to a shooting report in the 2300 block of Bladensburg Road. Upon reaching the scene, they discovered two men who had sustained gunshot wounds. Both individuals were swiftly transported to nearby hospitals, and fortunately, both are expected to recover from their injuries.

The police have not released any specifics about the suspect’s description at this juncture. Moreover, there is no available information on the potential motive or the circumstances leading up to the shooting.
