Early Morning Shooting in Dayton Leaves One Injured

DAYTON, OH – A person was transported to the hospital following a shooting in Dayton, early Saturday. The incident occurred in the 2900 block of Lakeridge Court, just before 1 am.

According to Montgomery County Regional dispatch, the shooting took place in a parking lot, and a driver had been shot. The current condition of the victim remains undisclosed.

The Dayton Police Department enlisted a K9 unit to track and locate a potential suspect.
