Multiple Burglaries at Oakwood Valley Swim Club Being Investigated

WILMINGTON, DE – The Delaware State Police are currently investigating a series of burglaries at the Oakwood Valley Swim Club.

On Monday, July 18, and Wednesday, July 20, troopers responded to reports of burglary at the property located at 4909 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington.

In both instances, an unidentified suspect trespassed onto the swim club’s property outside of operating hours. The first incident involved damage to a lock box and theft of money, while the second saw damage to a door and theft of various items.

At present, there is no description available for the suspect, and surveillance images or video are still to be released.

The Troop 2 Burglary Unit is leading this investigation and requests anyone with relevant information to reach out.
