New Jersey Man Arrested for Carjacking in Dover

DOVER, DE – Francisco Lora, a 20-year-old resident of Sicklerville, New Jersey, has been arrested by the Delaware State Police in connection with a carjacking that took place last month.

On Monday, Lora was extradited from Camden County, New Jersey, to Delaware.

The incident took place on June 2, when two unknown males threatened a 29-year-old Walmart employee with a gun and stole her vehicle. Cinque Oliver, one of the suspects, was soon apprehended following a brief pursuit by the troopers.

However, the identity of the second suspect remained unknown until recent developments led to the identification of Lora as the co-perpetrator.

Lora faces charges of Robbery First Degree, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony. He is currently held at the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $105,000 cash bond.
