Reading Woman Charged Following Domestic Dispute in Denver

DENVER, PA – On Saturday, Alfonsina Michelle Cruz-Colon of Reading, PA, faced charges following a domestic dispute at the Penn Amish Motel on North Reading Road.

Officers arrived at approximately 01:34 AM to find Cruz-Colon had bitten the victim, causing a laceration.

Cruz-Colon was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment, both related to Domestic Violence. After her arrest, Cruz-Colon was arraigned at Lancaster County Central Booking and subsequently released on unsecured bail.

The victim received treatment on the scene by ambulance personnel. No information about their current condition has been released.

The Lancaster County Police Department has taken up the case and encourages anyone with additional information to come forward.
