STATEN ISLAND, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating Raymond Hayes, a 56-year-old male resident of Staten Island.
According to the police report, Hayes was last seen on Thursday, June 29, at around 7:59 pm.
He was last seen in his residence at 2912 Richmond Terrace.
Hayes is described as a black male, approximately 5’9″ in height and around 150 lbs in weight.
He is bald with brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black shirt with white lettering, red pants with a black stripe, and black slippers.
