BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – Detectives from the Baltimore Police Department are asking for help locating 12-year-old Meylin Ramos-Paz.
Meylin Ramos-Paz was last seen at the 400 block of Patapsco Avenue on April 21st.
Ramos-Paz was last seen wearing a black shirt and rainbow shorts.
