Man Stabbed To Death In Utica

UTICA, NY – A homicide investigation was initiated on Wednesday, when Utica Police and Fire units were dispatched to 100 Rutger St following reports of a stabbing.

The officers discovered a victim with a severe stab wound to the midsection upon arrival. He was quickly transported to a local hospital.

Despite efforts to save his life, the victim succumbed to his injuries.

The Utica Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit is now handling the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Utica Police Department at (315) 223-3556.
