(Reuters) – Unilever said on Friday it has appointed Ian Meakins as its chair designate, replacing current Chairman Nils Andersen.
“Ian will join the Board as non-executive director and chair designate on Sept 1 and will succeed Nils Andersen as Chair on Dec. 1,” the company said in a statement.
