Broad Daylight Shootout in Crown Heights

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is asking for public assistance to locate two individuals involved in an attempted assault.

The incident occurred in front of 267 Utica Avenue on Wednesday at approximately 4:50 p.m.

The involved parties engaged in a verbal dispute while in their respective vehicles, leading to both individuals discharging firearms at each other.

No injuries were reported. Both individuals fled the scene in separate vehicles.

The first individual is described as a male with a dark complexion, last seen on a silver and black motorcycle. The second individual was last seen operating a silver four-door BMW sedan.
