15-Year-Old Girl Reported Missing in Winfield

WINFIELD, NY – The New York State Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old girl named Emily R. Clapper.

According to the authorities, Emily was last seen leaving a residence on State Route 51 in Winfield on Sunday.

Emily is described as a 5’4″ white female with red hair. She was wearing a grey hoodie, black leggings, and a pink shirt at the time of her disappearance.

Originally from Oneonta, Emily is believed to be returning to either the Oneonta area or the city of Utica to stay with acquaintances.
