D.C. Shooting Leaves One Man Dead

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A man was shot and killed Sunday afternoon in Northwest, D.C. The Washington, D.C. Metro Police is investigating the deadly shooting.

A report of a shooting brought officers to Farragut Street’s 100 block at around 2:45 p.m. At the scene, police found an individual who had been shot. He was unconscious and unresponsive. The victim was transported to the hospital, where he later died.

As of now, the police have chosen not to divulge any additional information concerning the shooting’s circumstances. Furthermore, no details about potential suspects have been made available by the authorities. The identity of the victim is unknown at this time.
