Missing Man in Car Theft Found Safe

NEW YORK CITY, NY – On Saturday, around 7:37 pm, an unknown individual stole a black 2010 Mercedes Benz M35 SUV, with New York registration FAL7278, left running with keys in the ignition in front of 782 Union Street.

The New York City Police Department has reported that 54-year-old Brandon Simeon was in the back seat of the vehicle at the time. The vehicle was last seen heading southbound on 7th Avenue.

Brandon Simeon, who resides at 85 East 38 Street in Brooklyn, is described as being 5’6” tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green polo shirt and black pants.

The New York City Police Department updated their report on Sunday, to announce that Simeon has been found safe.

Further details regarding the circumstances of his recovery or the ongoing grand larceny investigation have not been released.
