PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, MD – The Homicide Unit of the Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the unincorporated area of Capitol Heights on Saturday evening.
The victim has been identified as Isaac Jenkins, 43, a resident of Winnsboro, SC.
At approximately 9:20 pm, officers responded to the 8500 block of Ashwood Drive following reports of a shooting.
Jenkins was found outdoors, succumbing to gunshot wounds. Another adult female was also injured in the incident, though her injuries are not considered life-threatening.
