PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Angel Armstead, who has been reported missing. Angel was last seen on Wednesday, July 26th, 2023, at 9:30 pm in the area of the 1500 block of Fairmount Avenue.
Angel Armstead is described as approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. As of now, her clothing description remains unknown.
